Commission expense as a percent of a revenue account within the Revenue Properties

In Revenue Properties can you set a % of the retail item for the cost instead of setting the unit cost? An example if there is a commission on a sale then inputting the commission % cost within the Revenue Property dialogue boxes would be efficient
