Hi Tarek, thank you for your question! Planning Maestro has no official audit trail, but users can sometimes manually create one by adding descriptions for individual line items. If you open the Properties pane on the right in any Planning module (Operating Expenses, Revenue, Personnel, Drivers, and Adjustments) you can add up to four descriptions. These notes do not appear in reports.
Planning Maestro's Workflow feature can also help track which user is responsible for different parts of the budget planning process. Each budget contributor or Owner receives specific Assignments to complete for the budget.
