Locked out? - How to Reset Your Password in Centage

If you have forgotten your password, or your account has been locked for too many incorrect password entries, you can follow these steps to reset your password.

• On the Centage Log In page, you can reset your password by clicking, "Forgot password?" underneath the password field.

• Enter the username or email associated with your Centage account.

• Click "Send Reset Email"

• You will then receive an email with a password reset link.

• Fill in the new password fields and click 'Set New Password', you will then be logged in and taken to the home page.

Please note: If you do not see the, "Forgot password?" option, use the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+R to refresh the page.
