Key Features
Header Section
Title with Reports Icon: Clearly identifies the page.
Search Bar: Filter reports by name, scope, or type. Example: Typing “shared” will show all reports with a scope of “Shared”.
Add Button with Dropdown:
Click to see available report types.
Selecting a type navigates directly to the report creation form.
Reports List
Grouped Sections:
Favorites: Your starred reports.
Others: All remaining reports.
Each group is independently sortable by column headers (title, scope, type).
Report Row Details:
Favorite toggle icon (star).
Title (with “default” label and icon for default system reports).
Scope indicator (shared/private).
Type indicator.
Action menu (View, Copy, Delete).
Actions & Context Menus
Action Menu:
View: Opens the report.
Copy: Opens a modal to enter a unique name and select scope.
Delete: Opens a confirmation modal.
Right-Click Menus:
On a report: Full context menu (View, Copy, Delete, Add New, etc.).
On background: Context menu with View, Copy, Delete disabled.
No context menu when right-clicking the page header.
Default Reports
Income Statement
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow
Personnel
Revenue
Operating Expenses (Opex) Default reports cannot be deleted and are labeled accordingly.
How to Use
Search: Use the search bar to filter by any column (name, scope, type).
Add New Report: Click the Add button, select a report type, and you’ll be redirected to the creation form.
Favorite a Report: Click the star icon to add/remove from Favorites.
Sort: Click column headers in either group to sort that section.
Actions: Use the action menu or right-click a report for View, Copy, or Delete.
Copying Reports:
Opens a modal.
Enter a unique name and select scope.
Validation ensures name uniqueness.
Deleting Reports:
Opens a confirmation modal.
Default reports cannot be deleted.
