Sharing Saved Views

The Share View popup allows you to easily share a specific view with others by generating a unique view ID that can be copied and distributed.

How to Use the Share View Popup

1. Open the Share View Popup

   • Click the ‘Share View’ icon located in the toolbar of your application.

• The Share View popup window will appear in the center of your screen.

   • The popup contains:

     • A heading labeled “Share view”

     • A text field displaying the unique view ID

     • A green “Copy” button

     • An “X” button in the top right corner to close the popup

       

2. Copy the View ID

   • Click the green “Copy” button to copy the view ID to your clipboard.

   • After clicking, the button will change to a checkmark, confirming the ID has been copied.

3. Close the Popup

   • Click the “X” in the top right corner to exit the popup window.

Additional Notes

• Each time you click the Share icon, a new view ID is generated for sharing.

• The view ID is different from the user ID used for saving views.

• To share a view, you must first save it. If you modify the view after saving, sharing will provide the ID for the last saved configuration.

Troubleshooting

• If the Copy button does not change to a checkmark, ensure your browser allows clipboard access.
