The Latest Jobs section in the Notification Center shows you the status of recent long-running jobs from your plan. This section appears directly below your notifications and displays up to three jobs with their most recent status updates.
Viewing Latest Jobs
Click the bell icon to open the Notification Center
Scroll to the Latest Jobs section below your notifications
See up to three recent jobs listed with their status
Understanding Job Information
Each job shows:
Status icon - Shows if the job is in progress, completed, or failed
Job type - The name of the job (e.g., "Deploy Plan")
Time - How long ago the status was updated (e.g., "2h ago")
Status Icons:
In progress - Spinning loader icon
Completed - Checkmark icon
Failed - Warning triangle icon
Which Jobs Are Shown
The Latest Jobs section displays long-running jobs that take longer than one minute:
Plan Deployment
Copy Data
Copy Beginning Balance
Cube Deployment
CIF Upload
Note: Only jobs from the last 48 hours are shown. Older jobs are no longer available.
Viewing Job Details
Hover over any job to see a tooltip with:
Full job type (if truncated)
Current status
Plan name (for plan or cube deployments, if available)
Progress percentage (if the job is still running)
Job Notifications
Red dot indicator:
A red dot appears on the bell icon when any job status changes
Click the bell icon to clear the indicator
The indicator only clears for you (other users still see their own indicators)
Navigating to Job Details
Click on any job in the Latest Jobs list

Viewing All Jobs
Click the View All button at the bottom of the Latest Jobs section
You'll be taken to the full Job Status page
Empty State
When no jobs meet the criteria (no long-running jobs in the last 48 hours), you'll see an empty state message instead of the job list.
Tips
Check Latest Jobs regularly to monitor long-running operations
The most recent status update always appears at the top
Jobs are automatically filtered to your selected plan
Hover over truncated job names to see the full text
